Who can become a Blue Line Partner?
HR consultants, fractional CHROs, recruiting training programs (RecruiterU, Top Echelon, Top Recruiter), bootcamps, podcast hosts, and SaaS founders whose audience overlaps with recruiters or hiring teams. You need to be 18+ in a country where Stripe Connect operates. No active Blue Line employees or contractors.
How does attribution work?
You get a unique URL and coupon code on signup. First touch wins — whichever partner referred a customer first owns them. Attribution window is 90 days from first click to signup. Self-referrals are blocked.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, after the referred customer's payment clears. Payouts go via ACH or Stripe Connect. You'll get a 1099 at year end for U.S. tax filing.
What if a referred customer cancels?
Your commission stops the month they cancel. If they come back later, your attribution stays — you start earning again automatically.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Self-referrals are detected and blocked. But: a referred customer can become a partner after their first paid month and refer others to earn the standard rates.
