- Assist with shipping and other warehouse tasks when workload increases.
- Follow all safety, material handling, and quality procedures.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.

- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to take ownership and be accountable for your work.
- Clear communication skills and willingness to raise concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and organized work habits.
Nice-to-Haves
- Industrial or manufacturing facility experience.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Spanish language skills.
What We Offer

- Stable, full-time employment with a 50-year-old company.
- Clear path to advance into supervision or specialized warehouse roles.
- On-the-job training and support from an experienced team.
- Collaborative, respectful work environment.
Career Growth
This is not a transactional role—it is a foundation for growth. If you demonstrate initiative, accountability, and reliability, we will invest in your development.
