About the Role

Join one of Germany's leading healthcare technology companies as a Senior Software Engineer. You'll build secure, cloud-based solutions that directly improve patient safety and streamline how healthcare teams work. This is a fully remote, part-time role (up to 20 hours/week) with an expected 2-year commitment. You'll work with a collaborative team and meet quarterly for in-person integration sessions.

What You'll Do

• Design and build secure healthcare software using C# and .NET.
• Develop new features and write automated tests in an Agile environment.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers on your team.
• Shape cloud architecture decisions on AWS or Azure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve system performance.
• Collaborate across Product, Quality Assurance, User Experience, and other teams.

What You'll Need

• 5-8 years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of C# and .NET enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React for front-end development.
• Proven experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for container management.
• Solid SQL skills with MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with German language (English is required).
• Background mentoring or leading technical teams.
