Location: Minneapolis, MN (Northwestern Wisconsin Territory: Lacross, Eau Claire, Twin Cities)
Full Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm | Base Salary + Commission
About This Role
[Company] is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to build and grow our customer base across Northwestern Wisconsin and the Twin Cities. You'll work with manufacturing, packaging, and printing companies to understand their labeling challenges and deliver solutions that work. This is a territory-based role where you own your success—meeting customers in person, managing your pipeline, and hitting real revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect new customers within your assigned territory through research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Conduct on-site meetings to understand customer labeling needs, compliance requirements, and business goals.
- Present customized labeling solutions and explain how our products solve their specific problems.
- Manage existing customer accounts through regular visits, responsive communication, and relationship building.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements, then prepare and submit orders.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and communicate forecast trends to your manager.
- Use HubSpot (Customer Relationship Management system) to track leads, manage your sales funnel, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with our customer service, production, estimating, and graphics teams to ensure accurate quotes and successful project delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries, pricing requests, and technical questions within 24 hours.
- Communicate changes like price increases or lead time shifts proactively to maintain trust.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, or a bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Ability to build genuine relationships and understand what customers really need.
- Comfort with HubSpot (Customer Relationship Management) or similar CRM platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within your territory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize effectively on your own.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in label manufacturing, packaging, printing, or related industries.
- Technical knowledge of label materials, adhesives, or printing methods.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Physical Requirements
