Location: Northern Ohio (Field-based)

Serving hundreds of industrial customers with energy-efficient compressors, dryers, and support equipment, the organization is growing its field service team to meet demand across all product lines.

What You'll Do

• Perform on-site maintenance and repairs on all compressor brands and models.
• Diagnose and repair refrigerated and desiccant dryer systems.
• Install new compressor equipment and design plant air piping systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical control systems and pneumatic/hydraulic components.
• Document service work and provide customers with clear repair recommendations.
• Respond to emergency service calls and maintain a professional, helpful attitude with every customer.

What You'll Need

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with industrial compressors or related HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems.
• Valid Refrigeration Recovery Certificate (EPA 608 or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
• Clean driving record and willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with industrial compressed air systems or related equipment lines.
• HVAC or electrical trade certification.
• Familiarity with service management software or mobile work order systems.
