What You'll Do

• Find, pitch, and close M&A and capital markets deals on your own.
• Build and keep strong relationships with senior clients in your target industries.
• Lead deal teams from start to finish—analysis, underwriting, and closing.
• Mentor junior bankers and develop future banking talent.
• Work with product specialists to create solutions that fit each client's needs.
• Find and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Help with hiring and team planning decisions.

What You'll Need

• 15 or more years of investment banking experience with a proven record of closed deals.
• Series 63 and Series 79 FINRA licenses (or ability to get them).
• Deep knowledge in at least one industry: Healthcare, Industrials, Technology, Consumer, or Energy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and communication.
• Experience leading and managing teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• MBA, law degree, CPA, or CFA.
• Leadership experience at a major, middle-market, or boutique investment bank.
• Proven track record building and growing a profitable business line.
