What You'll Do

• Process invoices, payments, and collections.
• Reconcile the general ledger and fix discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements using GAAP standards.
• Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Review budget variances and spot financial trends.
• Support internal and external audits by organizing documentation.
• Work with finance and department teams to deliver accurate reports.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and hit deadlines.
• Clear written and spoken communication.

Nice-to-Have

• CPA certification or active CPA candidacy.
• Month-end and year-end close experience.
• Experience with financial forecasting tools.
• Audit support experience.
