A leading Avon Lake-area sales firm makes heat and sound control products for cars and powersports vehicles. It is a growing, family-owned company that values innovation, quality, and helping its team grow.

The Role

We need a Sales Representative to build our business with distributors, dealers, and industry partners. You'll manage accounts, launch new products, and run sales programs that boost revenue and visibility. This in-office job gives you direct impact on launches and market growth while working with our sales, marketing, and product teams.

What You'll Do

• Grow and manage existing accounts.
• Find new business opportunities.
• Hit quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Introduce new products to customers.
• Spot upsell opportunities that fit customer needs.
• Answer technical questions from distributors and customers by phone, email, and CRM.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners.
• Train and support independent sales representatives.
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer visits.
• Share market feedback with internal teams to help with product development.

What You'll Need

• 2-4 years of sales experience with branded products through distribution channels.
• Proven ability to meet or beat sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in-office as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Background in automotive, powersports, racing, or similar industries.
• Experience managing territories and key accounts.
• Experience with wholesale, e-commerce, or retail.
• Sales training or strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to read sales data and spot growth opportunities.
• Experience delivering product training, demos, or presentations.
