What You'll Do
- Build and mentor a sales team to hit revenue targets.
- Develop annual sales strategy, territory plans, and quotas.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach sales representatives to succeed.
- Close enterprise and mid-market deals from start to finish.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to find growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and share performance reports with leadership.
- Partner with marketing and product teams on messaging and customer campaigns.
- Track team performance using metrics and sales dashboards.
- Set expectations and hold your team accountable to goals.
- Identify top performers and develop them into future leaders.
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience.
- 3+ years leading or managing a sales team.
- Proven success building teams that exceed revenue targets.
- Experience selling complex B2B solutions to enterprise customers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or sales analytics tools.
- Comfort with data and using reports to make decisions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in vertical SaaS or specific industry expertise.
- Experience coaching new managers or developing future leaders.
- Track record managing sales operations and forecast accuracy.
