The Role
You'll own the complete sales cycle from finding prospects to closing deals to ensuring client success. This is a high-impact role where your effort directly drives your income and career growth. You'll work independently with a team that supports your success.
What You'll Do
- Find prospects and build relationships through outreach and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present solutions.
- Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate activity data.
- Negotiate and close contracts aligned with client goals.
- Build long-term relationships through regular communication and reviews.
- Work with onboarding and success teams on client implementation.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets through pipeline discipline.
What You'll Need
- 2 or more years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting quota.
- Clear speaking and writing skills to explain information effectively.
- Ability to manage your time, take initiative, and close deals independently.
- Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms, ideally Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent sales experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or professional services sales.
- Success growing accounts and upselling to existing clients.
- Experience prospecting to senior-level contacts in complex B2B sales.
- Connections in the Cleveland market.
