Account Executive

You'll own your sales territory and build lasting client relationships that directly impact your income and career growth. We're looking for someone who can manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while staying organized and collaborative. What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new business using cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and position solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
- Develop and expand relationships with existing accounts.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Forecast pipeline and track metrics in Salesforce (CRM).
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in B2B or consultative selling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling in the Cleveland market or similar regional territory.
- Knowledge of SPIN Selling, Sandler, or similar sales frameworks.
- Background in business services or related industry.
