About This Role

What You'll Do
- Operate fabrication equipment: riveters, welders, laser cutters, and punch presses.
- Follow work orders to produce parts that meet quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and make basic machine adjustments.
- Document production work accurately in Priority software (training provided).
- Pack and label finished products for shipment.
- Report safety concerns immediately to protect your team.
- Work overtime when needed to meet production goals.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Attention to detail and ability to inspect work closely.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable standing for long periods in a factory environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior manufacturing or factory experience.
- Experience operating fabrication equipment.
- Familiarity with production planning software.
