What You'll Do

• Operate fabrication equipment: riveters, welders, laser cutters, and punch presses.
• Follow work orders to produce parts that meet quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects and make basic machine adjustments.
• Document production work accurately in Priority software (training provided).
• Pack and label finished products for shipment.
• Report safety concerns immediately to protect your team.
• Work overtime when needed to meet production goals.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Attention to detail and ability to inspect work closely.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable standing for long periods in a factory environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior manufacturing or factory experience.
• Experience operating fabrication equipment.
• Familiarity with production planning software.
