About This Role

You'll grow business, build lasting client relationships, and hit sales goals in your territory. This is a high-impact position where your success directly drives company growth. You'll work independently, manage your own territory, and collaborate with a supportive team that invests in your development.

What You'll Do

Prospect, pitch, and close new business with accounts of all sizes.
Build trust-based relationships with key customers through regular contact.
Hit quarterly sales and profitability targets.
Track leads and opportunities in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Work with vendors and suppliers to improve our product offerings.
Continuously develop your skills through training and mentoring.

What You'll Need

3 or more years of industrial sales or account management experience.
Proven track record finding and closing new business deals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to negotiate and build rapport in person and by phone.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Self-directed work style with strong time management.

Nice to Have

Experience in material handling or related industrial sector.
Knowledge of structured sales methodologies like Sandler training.
Established professional network in your territory.
Project management background.
