About This Role

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and roadmap. You will manage a team of 4 PMs, work closely with engineering and design, and drive our B2B SaaS platform growth.

Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap and prioritization framework
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4 product managers
Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success
Define and track key product metrics (activation, retention, expansion)
Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into product strategy

Requirements:

8+ years in product management, 3+ years managing PM teams
Experience scaling B2B SaaS products
Strong analytical skills comfortable with SQL, Amplitude, or similar
Excellent communication skills
Track record of shipping products that moved business metrics

Nice to have:

Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or workforce management
MBA or equivalent business experience
