About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our platform engineering team. You will design and build scalable backend services, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement high-throughput microservices (Go, Python)
Lead technical design reviews and architecture decisions
Mentor a team of 3 junior/mid engineers
Optimize system performance and reliability (99.9% uptime SLA)
Collaborate with product on roadmap prioritization

Requirements:

5+ years backend engineering experience
Proficiency in Go or Python, distributed systems experience
Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
Track record of mentoring engineers
