- Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the operation
- Applies knowledge of the organization, its functions and regulations to carry out a wide variety of administrative functions (e.g. personnel, accounting, budget,, purchasing, logistics and supply, transportation, security, etc.)
- Receives telephone calls and visitors, provides required information from own knowledge or office files or refers callers to appropriate person.
- Types various correspondence and reports. Tabulates statistical data into final format.
- Gathers data and documentation for special projects and prepares briefing support materials. Establishes, maintains or controls files and logs.
