About the role

Summary

About the Position: This position is located at the Troop Medical Clinic Building, Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, Georgia. Hours of operation are 0600-1430. A recruitment or relocation incentive MAY be authorized. Salary negotiation MAY be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan Repayment or Enhanced Leave Accrual MAY be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Duties

Perform the initial assessment of patients' care and treatment.
Determine the need for ordering laboratory tests, imaging, electrocardiograms, and other diagnostic studies necessary to complete the patient assessment.
Interpret diagnostic results and and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians in patient management, evaluation, and revision of therapeutic plans.
Document all clinical encounters in the electronic health record.
Prescribe for and treat a variety of diseases, disorders, and injuries.
