Restaurants around the world, both large and small, including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry’s, KFC, and Eataly trust our software to power their delivery business. We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics using SQL, Python & Looker Studio.
- Integrate deeply into business operations across the customer lifecycle to model data, report KPIs, and automate operational workflows using code and AI tools.
- Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
- Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization
- Operate with high autonomy to decompose complex business problems into actionable tasks and strategic recommendations for leadership.
What we’re looking for
- Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics with coursework in statistics.
- Around 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics or technical strategy roles.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, with a deep understanding of data modeling.
- High degree of autonomy and self-management to own project scopes from definition through execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with advanced English fluency.
