About the role
Summary
This position is located at Fort Stewart Aquatics, Fort Stewart, GA. This is a Regular Full-Time position with a minimum work week of 40 hours and eligible for benefits. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.Duties
- Serves as the Aquatics Program Manager responsible for the daily operation and supervision of aquatic fitness, training and recreational programs, personnel, and classes at aquatic facilities. Manages multiple indoors and outdoors pools.
- Provides overall supervision of the aquatic programs. Establishes and reviews the Aquatic programs. Establishes and reviews the Aquatic Risk Management plan for all aquatic facilities.
- Coordinates with the MWR marketing department to publicize aquatic events. Establishes and executes processes to evaluate the effectiveness of the aquatic programs. Responsible for APF and NAF budget for assigned facilities and programs.
- Develops and updates the Standard Operating Procedures for the aquatic facilities, programs and enforces policies. Interviews and selects such staff and provides them with required orientation, training and management to meet all activity needs.
