Summary
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Domestic Def Industrial Base Facilities & Major Range/Test Facilities Base in DoD Direct Hire Authority. - You will perform examination/evaluation and repair of aircraft integrated systems and major subsystems, subassemblies, and structural components.
- You will identify and record tasks and discrepancies on aircraft systems, components, accessories, which are suitable for continued service without replacement, repair or processing.
- You will collect and provide data for logistic analysis, budgets, formulation of material forecasts and workload planning.
- You will operate ground support equipment such as air compressors, generators, and gas turbine air starters in support of making various aircrafts ready for flight.
- You will de-preserve and pre-oil engines and other systems.
