BAR ASSISTANT

Summary

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Club Altus. Are you fast on your feet and looking to break into the bar industry? We are looking for a high-energy Bartender Assistant to keep our bar running flawlessly during peak hours. Core duties include restocking liquor, changing kegs, clearing the bar top, prepping garnishes, and back up our bartenders.

Duties

• Carries supplies and equipment, such as liquors, fruits, ice, glasses, linens and silverware from storage areas to the bar. Slices and peels fruit. Fills ice bins and crushes ice. Washes and cleans bar glasses, bar equipment and keeps the work area clean and neat. Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs with the aid of a dolly; stocks beer coolers. Wipes down the interior and exterior surfaces of coolers. Helps in setting up service bars and portable bars. Carries debris to waste containers. Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
