About the role

Summary

Food Service Worker position for the Dietary Department at Phoenix Indian Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. The incumbent is responsible for performing checks on tray setups, simple food preparation, cleaning and maintains duties. The incumbent will report to the Chief of Dietary and Community Nutrition. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).

Duties

  • Complete accountability documentation at end of the meal period. Perform food service duties requiring knowledge and application of special food service procedures for patients on special and regular diets. Use and clean a variety of tools, utensils, and equipment. Stock supplies in a commercial kitchen. Assist in the delivery and return of food trays and carts to and from patient rooms.
