Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the venue's expert and primary contact for premium clients and guests, ensuring personalized support and a seamless event experience.
- Foster lasting client relationships through proactive, personalized communication and responsive service. Engage with premium clients before, during, and after events to anticipate needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional experience every step of the way.
- Coordinate all aspects of the premium services, including ticketing, parking, hospitality, promotions, and other experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, event service, and hospitality, to ensure successful execution of premium services arrangements.
- Utilize the email marketing platform to create and send emails; notifying premium clients of show announcements, show updates, premium updates, as well as “Know Before You Go” show specific information.
- Maintain the ticketing and premium specific email inboxes, responding to clients in a timely manner, as well as keeping email distribution lists up to date.
- Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive premium experiences, including private receptions, party suites, and VIP experiences. Assist in the planning, scheduling and use of premium service areas.
- Collaborate with Levy Restaurants to plan, provide and elevate Food & Beverage offerings made to premium clients.
- Coordinate premium ticketing and client access in collaboration with the box office team. Responsibilities include managing premium ticket orders, setting up ticket pricing and holds in Account Manager, and ensuring timely communication and access based on box office timelines. Oversee the accurate placement, fulfillment, and availability of premium tickets and parking passes to clients.
- Administer premium seat contracts and manage client activation. Collect and compile information on clients and prospects for the database. Manage data accuracy and integrity and keeping records current.
- Achieve new and renewal annual sales goals for club seats, suites and single event suite rentals; work with marketing department on sales presentations and promotions to attract new clients.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to develop and implement strategies to enhance the premium service offerings and exceed client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned, including box office specific assignments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, hospitality management, or other relevant field of study; or equivalent additional work experience
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience in client services, hospitality, or event management, ideally in a live entertainment or sports setting. [Internships, collegiate experience, and other applicable experience may be considered.]
- Prior experience managing premium or high-touch external client relationships, such as suite holders, VIP guests, or other premium account clients, a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Basic experience with Ticketmaster Host, TM1 Sales, TM1 Events and/or Archtics preferred.
- Experience with an email marketing platform is a plus.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able/flexible to work Event schedule which regularly includes nights and weekends, and occasional holidays.
