About the role

Join a Leading Senior Care Consulting Team (North Shore & Boston)

EF Senior Care is one of Massachusetts' most trusted consulting partners to senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities. We're expanding our clinical team on the North Shore and in Greater Boston, and we're looking for an experienced RN to join us.

You'd be working alongside seasoned nurse consultants who've built strong reputations inside the facilities we serve, the kind of colleagues you can learn from. The work is varied and substantive: clinical consulting, regulatory and quality support, and care coordination across SNF and AL settings.

You bring: Active MA RN license, 3 to 5+ years clinical experience, and the judgment to work independently across multiple facility clients. SNF or AL experience preferred.

You get: Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, a respected team to think alongside, and the kind of work that builds a real consulting career.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 annual salary

Benefits: For full time staff, full health/medical benefits offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield paid 75% by the company. Matching 401k, and more.
