- This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until 9/30/2026. Eligible applications will be referred at 30 day intervals. As needed, additional positions may be filled. If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for performing litigation support tasks associated with day-to-day operation of the USAO litigation support systems. Typical work assignments will include: Performing a variety of automated litigation support necessary to prepare, organize, index, develop and manage exhibits, evidence, and other relevant data. Applying basic knowledge of Federal Criminal and Civil procedures. Create and coordinate litigation support services (including trial preparation and presentation) in response to customer needs. Prepare computerized trial presentation programs. Preparing and organizing exhibits for court proceedings which involve audio/video, transcripts, documents, and visual materials. Assisting and/or training attorneys and legal support staffing organizing voluminous discovery applications. Provides customer support services including troubleshooting, customer assistance, and training in response to user requirements. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
