Cultivation Technician- VEG
Full-time, Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm.
Pay: $16–$18/hr. DOE.
Job Description
What You Will Do
- Perform daily cultivation, harvest, or post-harvest tasks in accordance with company standards
- Assist with planting, watering, feeding, pruning, harvesting, trimming, drying, curing, or packaging as assigned
- Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies
- Accurately track and record plant and product data using required systems
- Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and controlled environment
- Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
- Cannabis or agricultural experience preferred but not required
