About the role
D&D HOME REMODELING is a family-owned design-build residential remodeling company specializing in high-end home renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, ADUs, and whole-home remodels. Our team is focused on delivering thoughtful, well-executed projects and creating a smooth experience for homeowners throughout the remodeling process.
In this role, you will help keep multiple residential projects moving forward by connecting the day-to-day work happening in the field with the planning, communication, and coordination needed behind the scenes. This is an important position for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across crews, vendors, and clients to support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries across multiple active residential projects
- Maintain project schedules, task lists, and daily progress updates for each job
- Track materials, confirm orders, and resolve delivery or inventory issues
- Communicate project status between field crews, office staff, and homeowners
- Support inspections, punch lists, and documentation to keep projects on schedule
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience coordinating residential construction or remodeling projects across multiple job sites.
- Experience managing project schedules in a construction or remodeling environment.
- Experience coordinating vendors and materials for construction or remodeling projects.
- Proficiency with project management software, mobile apps, and construction documentation tools, including Monday, CompanyCam, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to read residential construction plans and track project progress against timelines.
- Experience communicating with homeowners, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
