About the Position:This position is with the Defense Health Agency, Army Medical Center Madigan, located at Tacoma, Washington .This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Advanced in Hire may be authorized for those candidates who are new to Federal service.Duties
- Provide first contact, continuous, and comprehensive primary care for adults.
- Participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) and quality assurance activities as assigned.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of individuals who collectively take responsibility for the ongoing care of patients.
- Examination, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of medical, surgical, obstetric, gynecological, and orthopedic care.
- Supervise other health care providers as assigned. Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
