About the role
Ragle Dental Laboratory is seeking a Crown & Bridge / CAD-CAM Dental Technician to join our team in Champaign, Illinois.
Experience in crown & bridge or CAD/CAM dental technology is preferred, but not required. We are willing to provide on-site training for the right candidate who is dependable, detail-oriented, has good hand skills, and is eager to learn.
This is a full-time, in-house position working with both traditional and digital dental laboratory processes.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on experience and training, responsibilities may include:
- Designing crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and other fixed restorations using 3Shape CAD software
- Working with zirconia and other restorative materials
- Contouring, staining, glazing, characterizing, and finishing restorations
- Checking margins, contacts, occlusion, anatomy, and esthetics
- Assisting with milling, sintering, and 3D printing processes
- Working with implant and full-arch restorative cases
- Zirconia preparation and coloring, including MiYO
- Assisting with custom shade appointments
- Following dentist prescriptions and laboratory quality standards
- Working closely with other technicians throughout the production process
Requirements
Qualifications
Dental laboratory experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person.
The ideal candidate will have:

- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- A willingness and ability to learn new techniques and technology
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Crown & Bridge dental laboratory work
- 3Shape CAD software
- Digital dental workflows
- Zirconia restorations
- Milling, sintering, and 3D printing
- Implant or full-arch restorations
- Staining, glazing, or MiYO
- Dental anatomy and occlusion
- CDT certification
