About the role
Summary
This position is located with Sports and Fitness on Fort Wainwright, AK. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives may be paid. Up to 25% recruitment and/or retention incentive may be paid (service agreement required). Recruitment incentives are applicable to newly hired individuals and rehired individuals (i.e., one being reinstated or re-employed after a break in service of at least 1 year).Duties
- Performs both daily and annual inspections and maintenance of the refrigeration system's specialized compressor, water purification, and refrigeration-system equipment.
- Operates Zamboni Ice Resurfacing Machine and is responsible for scheduling annual maintenance and services.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Sports program's softball, soccer, and football fields, to include the development and maintenance of specialized athletic turf and other related field surfaces.
- Coordinates with supervisor for ordering all required supplies/equipment required to maintain indoor and outdoor operations.
