Summary
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. - You will operate, maintain and repair all assigned electrical generating equipment such as: Exciters, alternators, DC generators and control circuits, voltage controls, battery backup system, switchgear and transformers.
- You will ensure the care, inspection, certification and replacement of all safety equipment.
- You will perform simple repairs to the high voltage distribution system such as cutouts, fuses, lightning arrestors, opening and closing circuit switches, etc.
- You will advise and implement the power plant maintenance program, interprets work instructions from the Utilities Supervisor.
- You will perform leadership duties by demonstrating proper operating methods and explains any unusual steps and processes.
