About the Role
Our team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join our Architecture team remotely in Poland to help build & scale Rho’s all-in-one finance platform.

Docker and Kubernetes
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Deep expertise in Python, async programming and performance optimization
Experience building web apps and services to support a great product
Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures including trade-offs made to either support higher load or lower latency within an application
Experience in building CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Tools
Experience working within complex, regulated environments, coordinating across multiple partners and stakeholders.
Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance and blockchain, or infrastructure
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Go/TypeScript/Ruby or similar technologies
Proficiency building & deploying applications with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with message brokers and event streaming platforms
Experience working in a cloud computing platform like GCP or AWS
Experience working in finance including an understanding of how different payment networks work, e.g. ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT
Knowledge of accounting or financial software
Experience mentoring junior engineers
Salary range: 100,000 - 160,000 USD net per year
