We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our operations team and help ensure products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for domestic and international shipment.
Process outgoing shipments using ERP and shipping software.
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
Verify customer orders, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy before shipment.
Receive incoming materials and compare shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
Coordinate daily pickups with UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers, and other transportation providers.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records within the ERP system.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area.
Collaborate with production, warehouse, customer service, and operations teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning ERP and shipping software.
Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds occasionally.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable attendance and a positive, professional attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
Familiarity with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping platforms.
Experience using barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems.
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
Work Schedule
First Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One-hour unpaid lunch
No mandatory overtime
Clean, organized, climate-controlled manufacturing facility
