What You'll Do

• Assemble precision mechanical components and finished products according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform testing, inspection, and quality verification throughout the production process.
• Operate a variety of production equipment, assembly tools, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards to ensure product consistency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report production or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Record production data and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation.
• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and precision components.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, drawings, and standardized procedures.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40-50 pounds occasionally.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly or production experience.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, or testing equipment.
• Familiarity with quality inspections or manufacturing documentation.
• Experience working in a lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and documentation.

Work Schedule

• First Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• One-hour unpaid lunch
• No mandatory overtime
