Production Technician

What You'll Do

• Assemble, test, and inspect manufactured components and products.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to meet production goals.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Check finished products for accuracy and quality issues.
• Record production data and maintain accurate records.
• Work with your team to keep production moving smoothly.
• Report defects or production problems to your supervisor.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant work experience).
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Comfort following processes and written instructions.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.
• Willingness to learn hands-on manufacturing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with basic hand tools or power tools.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly work.
• Experience using shop equipment or machinery.
