What You'll Do
Assemble precision mechanical components and finished products according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
Perform testing, inspection, and quality verification throughout the production process.
Operate a variety of production equipment, assembly tools, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards to ensure product consistency.
Identify, troubleshoot, and report production or quality concerns to supervisors.
Record production data and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation.
Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet customer delivery schedules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is helpful but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and precision components.
Ability to follow written work instructions, drawings, and standardized procedures.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Mechanical assembly or production experience.
Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, or testing equipment.
Familiarity with quality inspections or manufacturing documentation.
Experience working in a lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment.
Basic computer skills for production reporting and documentation.
Work Schedule
First Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One-hour unpaid lunch
No mandatory overtime
