SUPPLY TECHNICIAN

Summary

About the Position: Serves as a Supply Technician for the Garrison Project Office serving as the primary Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder and providing clerical support.

Duties

• Responsible for maintaining credit card holder responsibilities to purchase supplies, materials and equipment required for the operation and maintenance of a multipurpose project according to all procurement rules and regulations.
• Ensure purchases are within the limits delegated and in compliance with all regulatory guidance, policy and law.
• Maintain office supplies as requested by other project office staff.
• Purchase a wide variety of replacement supplies, materials, equipment, parts, repair services, testing services or on-site repairs for multipurpose projects.
• Complete accounts payable and receiving documents.
• Perform clerical duties such as correspondence, time and attendance data entry, and receives phone calls and visitors.

Education
