THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a ITSPEC (NETWORK), Position Description Number D2181P01 and is part of the 106TH RQW, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants.

Duties

• As a IT SPEC (NETWORK) GS-2210-11, you will serve as a base systems administrator to monitor the Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN), including the planning, analysis, acquisition, design, development, implementation, quality assurance, configuration, installation, integration, maintenance testing, operational integrity, and/or management of networked systems for the transmission of information in voice, data, and/or video formats.

Education

If only using education to qualify for this position: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree Graduate Education: Education at the graduate level (above Bachelors Degree) in an accredited college or university. or Combination of Education and Experience: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have a combination of specialized experience and education beyond a four year degree in a related field. You must provide Official Transcripts as documentation to support your educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
