INSTALLATION DISABILITY PROGRAM MANAGER - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Disability Program Manager (DPM) and perform data analytics to develop comprehensive analysis of DPM efforts to include workforce composition, outreach recruiting, employment, internal advancement, performance, employee development, discipline, and awards/recognition and appraisals.

Duties

• SERVES AS INSTALLATION DISABILITY PROGRAM MANAGER. Develops and implements special program initiatives that will enhance the employment of individuals with disabilities. PERFORMS DATA ANALYTIC RESPONSIBILITIES. Functions in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directive-715 Equal Employment Opportunity Program. PARTICIPATES IN SPECIAL INITIATIVES, STUDIES, PROJECTS, AND AFFIRMATIVE EMPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES. Assist in development and update of affirmative employment plans, preparation of annual reports and conducting WWG and/or EEO Advisory Committee meetings. PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT. Prepares written correspondence, power point presentations, etc.
