Summary

This position is located in Infrastructure Operations (IO). As a Director Real Estate, MS-0340-2, you will be responsible for the planning, direction, and execution of a comprehensive real estate and spacial data management program, including leasing, occupancy agreements, tenant engagement, and portfolio performance. Provides senior level advice to leadership on real estate strategy, utilization, and financial performance.

Duties

  • As a Director Real Estate, MS-0340-2, your typical work assignments may include the following: Directs leasing/occupancy agreement, and portfolio management activities, including marketing vacant space, negotiating and administering occupancy agreements, and optimizing utilization. Leads tenant engagement and customer service functions, serving as the primary landlord representative to current and prospective tenant agencies. Oversees spacial data management and planning, including test fits, utilization analysis, and compliance with standards. Manages financial performance, including rent, reimbursables, and budget planning for real estate operations, coordinating with other stakeholders and disciplines such as security and building operations, as appropriate. Directs shared services, including logistics and shipping, mail operations, and related support functions, ensuring efficient, secure, and coordinated service delivery across customer units. Supervises multidisciplinary staff, including realty specialists, space planners, and tenant service personnel. Coordinates with facilities, security, contracting, and financial divisions to ensure integrated service delivery.
