The primary purpose of this position is to lead three or more workers to accomplish trades and/or labor work on a substantially full time and continuing basis. Leader is responsible to both perform the work assigned by a supervisor and ensures that subordinates completed assigned work consistent with trades and labor standards.

Duties

  • Leads a team of trades and/or labor workers. On a regular and recurring basis, utilizes trades and/or labor knowledge and skill to lead a team of three or more workers in performance of various related work. Responsible for receiving, reviewing and processing Civil Engineering work requirements. Manages/Executes Facility Manager Program. Develops training and maintains data in support of the installation Facility Manager (FM) program. Supports the Unit Control Center (UCC) during exercise and real world situations. Performs work. Performs nonsupervisory trades and/or labor work that is usually of the same kind and level as members of the work crew led.
