Supervisory General Engineer

Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The purpose of the position is to ensure effective and efficient management of service contracts, privatized utility contracts, and base grounds services.

Duties

• Performs the full range of personnel management functions to a limited number of subordinates.
• Determines program goals and develops plans relative to grounds maintenance, service related contracts, and privatized utilities.
• Serves as a Contract Officer Representative on various service contracts

Education
