The primary purpose of this position, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SPECIALIST (TERMINAL), GS-2152-12, is to provide air traffic control (ATC) services to military, civilian and commercial aircraft operating within the airspace assigned to Eglin Radar Control Facility (ERCF).

Duties

  • - Direct movement of aircraft in flight and on the ground as displayed on radar indicator or pilot reported. - Operate communication and display equipment and provide emergency assistance to aircraft. - Provide instruction and assistance to air traffic control personnel. - Maintain certification requirements.

Education
