About the Position: This position is located at Army Health Clinic Reynolds in Fort Sill, OK. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

Provide urgent and non-urgent care for patients of all ages.
Obtain a health history from the patient and records findings.
Research trends and patterns within the servicing area which leads to proactive family care and education of staff and patients.
Discriminate between normal and abnormal findings on the physical assessment and laboratory screening.
Develop and provide individual/group patient health teaching as appropriate on topics related to health promotion.
Provide counseling and instruction on the use, application, side effects and adverse reactions of medication.
