Do you want a fun place to work and earn $16.00–$20.00 per hour? We're seeking seasonal Farm Operations & Hospitality Leads who enjoy working outdoors and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
In this role, you'll oversee a key area of the farm, lead seasonal team members, and help ensure guests have a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Daily Operations
- Serve as the day-to-day operational leader for play yards, attractions, and guest activity areas.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members throughout each shift.
- Conduct opening, mid-day, and closing walkthroughs to ensure all areas meet cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
- Ensure employees are following SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies consistently.
- Assist with training new team members, providing hands-on coaching and feedback.
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a guest-first mindset.
Guest Experience
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, professionally, and with a hospitality-first approach.
- Create memorable guest interactions by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Ensure all attractions are operating safely, efficiently, and with exceptional guest service.
- Monitor guest flow throughout the property and make adjustments to reduce congestion and wait times.
- Encourage team members to actively engage with guests rather than simply supervising attractions.
Safety & Compliance
- Perform routine safety inspections of play areas, attractions, equipment, and public spaces.
- Document and communicate maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to management.
- Respond appropriately to guest or employee incidents and complete necessary documentation.
- Verify attractions remain compliant with operational and safety standards throughout the day.
Property & Facility Management
- Oversee cleanliness and appearance of guest areas, walkways, restrooms, seating areas, and activity spaces.
- Coordinate minor maintenance needs and communicate larger repair requests.
- Ensure supplies, equipment, and activity materials are stocked and organized.
- Assist with seasonal setup, teardown, and transitions of attractions and activity areas.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and great customer service.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal hours.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and provide a true farm-to-plate experience.
Abilities
- Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying
- Bending/kneeling: Regular bending to lift items and supplies. Periodic kneeling.
- Mobility: Full range of mobility and the ability to travel 30-50 feet on a regular basis throughout the day.
- Continuous standing: During preparation, during service hours or during expediting, usually all day.
- Hearing: Must have moderate hearing to hear equipment timers and communicate with other staff.
- Vision: Must have excellent vision to see that product is prepared appropriately.
- Comprehension skills: Must have moderate comprehension and literacy to read use records and all special requests.
