Summary
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. - You will be responsible for the management, oversight, and integration of workforce management programs and policies for the White House Military Office (WHMO) HQ Directorates, and Operational Units.
- You will act as the liaison for civilian personnel issues related to recruitment, classification, retirement, retention, promotions, performance evaluations, awards, and training.
- You will ensure the goals and objectives of the workforce management program are consistent with manpower billet/management program planning.
- You will maintain a continuous liaison with other offices, other service headquarters counterparts, and DOD counterparts to integrate WHMO actions.
- You will conduct manpower, labor market, and compensation studies, analyze results, and recommend changes to operating programs, policies, and/or practices.
- You will prepare reports that highlight the results of various projects/studies and make presentations to senior managers that include options/recommendations for resolving difficult situations.
