SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL SPECIALIST - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

Duties

• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Plan, implement, control, and maintain the Accounting Systems and subsystems for non-appropriated fund activities. Prepares analyses of financial status or statements indicting conditions and trends. Monitors data programs changes and ensures maintenance of operating systems. Performs studies and analyses which contribute to the Force Support Squadron Plan.
