You will oversee complex&nbsp;facilities issues, manage vendor relationships, and streamline the internal resources that allow our employees and&nbsp;customers to thrive. You are a process-oriented leader who excels at managing budgets, logistics, and property&nbsp;management communications to maintain a world-class workspace.</p> <p><strong>At Compass International Holdings You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Resolve vendor repair and maintenance facilities issues.</li> <li>Communicate directly with Property Managers and Landlords to facilitate necessary landlord-responsibility property repairs, as needed.</li> <li>Manage various utility accounts and conduct quarterly reporting.</li> <li>Lead Keycard Inventory Management and provide comprehensive security support, including camera data and access control systems management.</li> <li>Oversee copier/postage fleet lease services, including invoicing, end of lease obligations, expense reporting and resolving high-level escalations.</li> <li>Provide invoice compliance through supporting purchase order creation and credit card reconciliation.</li> <li>Support maintenance of vendor data including fixed expenses and vendor contracts</li> <li>Approve punchout orders exceeding company approval threshold</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional and regional partners through onboarding new office leaders by conducting meet-and-greets, establishing partnership workflows with National Workplace Operations, training regional leaders on workplace processes and resources.</li> <li>Facilitate vendor onboarding process in partnership with Accounts Payable and provide support with billing vendor disputes.</li> <li>Support vendor sourcing to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective office operations.</li> <li>Managing and maintaining up to date essential Workplace Operations resources.</li> <li>Maintain oversight and organization of documentation regarding regional nuances (including ordering, approvals &amp; tracking) and team coverage docs.</li> <li>Maintain internal team resources such as meetings notes, macros, training materials and team SOPs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or a high-level hospitality/operations role.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to adapt and formulate solutions quickly for facilities issues.</li> <li>Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized, especially regarding data and vendor management</li> <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for partnering with regional leaders and external property managers.</li> <li>Experience working with enterprise technology and systems (such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence) is a plus.</li> <li>A passion for creating community and a world-class experience for our internal customers.</li> <li>Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours and lift up to 25 lbs as needed for facilities tasks</li> <li>Must be willing to travel 25%-30% of the time</li> <li>This role is 100% onsite&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The base pay range for this position is $65,000 - $81,300 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
