Job Description
WilsonMarable Law, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Case Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating case files, communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, maintaining legal documentation, and supporting attorneys throughout the legal process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage legal case files from intake through resolution.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule client meetings, court dates, and attorney appointments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and electronic case files.
- Request and track records, correspondence, and other case-related documents.
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support case preparation and workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm policies and legal standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a law firm, legal office, or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
