In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.  We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.</div>As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles.  You will demonstrate your passion for sustainable transportation and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.   As a Service Technician, it is expected to have ASE certifications obtained within 6-8 months of hire date.     Lucid will reimburse the cost associated with successful completion.    Responsibilities: <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis</li> <li class="li2">Maintain a high knowledge level of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems</li> <li class="li2">Follow correct repair order documentation procedures, i.e. The Three C's</li> <li class="li2">Effectively work with the appropriate software suite to properly and completely document all customer vehicle interactions</li> <li class="li2">Effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the service team (i.e., advisor, manager, etc.) as well as customers.</li> <li class="li2">Ability to demonstrate and teach learned technical skills/knowledge with others</li> <li class="li2">Demonstrate attention to detail and passion for creating positive client experiences</li> <li class="li2">Ability to work remotely and support mobile service team as needed</li> <li class="li2">Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>   Qualifications: <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including previous experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair</li> <li class="li2">Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains</li> <li class="li2">Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li class="li2">Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software</li> <li class="li2">EPA 609 Certification</li> <li class="li2">Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire</li> <li class="li2">Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.   Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire</li> </ul>   Preferred Qualifications:   <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4 - ADAS)</li> <li class="li2">Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.</li> </ul>   <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
