Summary

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Marketing Office on Moody AFB. Guaranteed 0 hours but may work up to 40 hours per week. May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Duties

  • Works under the guidance and direction of the Marketing Director. Works with marketing team, key squadron and Air Force personnel in the design and creation of high-quality marketing materials such as charts, graphs, posters, flyers, brochures, calendars, logos, T-shirts, books, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations. Must be able to produce materials from concept to delivery. Use a variety of computer software such as Adobe Design Suite and Microsoft Office to create and design materials for advertising and marketing via print, electronic and online media. Functions as a design, layout and editorial specialist. Writes and promotes articles about Force Support programs and events. Assists with maintenance of the brand. Manage appropriate vendor relationships including, but not limited to, publication, photographer, printing and literature distribution. Maintain current and historical files on all marketing and advertising literature, graphics, advertisements and images. Produce all levels of graphic materials for use by FSS facilities including maintenance and use of Services, FSS and USAF logos. Stays current on industry trends and all applicable technologies.
