Groundskeeper (Sports Fields)

Summary

This position is located at Golf Maintenance with Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department on Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, Florida. The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of grounds and external maintenance functions.

Duties

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Performs ground and external maintenance to include general care of grounds, picking up trash and debris, planting and transplanting as needed, ground cover, flowers, shrubs and trees. Controls and prevents pests such as weeds, plant disease and fungi. Performs other related duties as assigned.
